Six Month Smiles braces treatment are almost invisible tooth-coloured wire fixed onto clear brackets on your teeth only take between four and nine months to work their magic on your mouth. That’s up to 18 months quicker than traditional braces. And, because the braces are almost invisible, you can smile as much as you wish, knowing that your braces will not be the first thing anyone sees about you. Six Month Smiles braces use gentle pressure to move both root and tooth at the same time, which is why the braces process is so much quicker.

If you prefer to be able to remove your braces for special occasions, then we also offer in Burnham braces that aren’t braces at all, but special transparent re-aligners from Invisalign. These are a series of custom-made transparent trays that fit over your teeth, which gradually and gently shift your teeth into their new position. The trays are made from smooth, comfortable BPA-free plastic that will not irritate your gums and cheeks. You wear each tray for about two weeks before popping in the next one.
